As a proud locally owned and operated event hire company, we believe strong communities are built through connection, collaboration, and supporting one another. We recognise the important role that schools, clubs, charities, community groups, and local events play in bringing people together, and we are passionate about giving back where we can.

While we receive many sponsorship and donation requests, we carefully consider each opportunity to ensure our support creates meaningful impact and aligns with our values, resources, and commitment to the communities we serve. We are grateful for every request and appreciate the incredible work being done across our region.
 

What is sponsorship?

Sponsorship is a partnership where a business provides financial support, products, services, or resources to help an event, organisation, team, or community initiative succeed. In return, the sponsoring business may receive recognition, promotional opportunities, or increased brand awareness.

For us, sponsorship is about more than advertising—it's an opportunity to invest in our local community, support meaningful causes, and help create memorable experiences that bring people together.

Types of sponsorship:

Sponsorship can take many forms depending on the event, cause, and available resources. Examples may include:

• Equipment Sponsorship – Providing hire equipment such as marquees, tables, chairs, staging, lighting, fencing, heaters, or décor items at a reduced rate.
• Product Sponsorship – Donating party supplies, balloons, event accessories, or other retail products
• Discounted Hire Rates – Offering special pricing for community groups, charities, schools, and fundraising events
• In-Kind Sponsorship – Contributing services, labour, delivery, setup, or pack-down support instead of monetary funding
• Gift Vouchers – Providing vouchers that can be used for raffles, auctions, prizes, or fundraising activities.
• Event Partnership Sponsorship – Supporting larger community events through a combination of equipment, services, and promotional assistance.
• Prize Sponsorship – Donating hire packages or products as competition prizes or local produce/items
• Community Support Sponsorship – Assisting local schools, sports clubs, charities, and community organisations with their events and fundraising initiatives. i.e. School ball coordination.

Please note that sponsorship requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration community impact, alignment with our values, available resources, and existing sponsorship commitments.
