Festival Hire are looking for a reliable worker to join the team as their Yard & Marquee Labourer. This position plays a key role in our customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the team. Position commencing as soon as possible finishing April 24th 2026.
WITH A FOCUS ON OUR MARQUEE FLEET WITH INSTALLING & DISMANTEL with routine cleaning & maintenance, offering a variety of experiences working locations and variety of hours. The position will suit someone that is physically fit, reliable and that enjoys working with a fun going but professional team.

Think of this role as part cleaner, part fixer, part everyday hero. You'll be responsible for keeping our space spotless, functional, and ready for whatever the day brings.
From cleaning and organising to tackling minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and the occasional "how did that break?" moment, you'll be the person who makes problems disappear. You'll help keep everything running smoothly by noticing the little things, fixing them fast, and making sure our space always feels welcoming and well cared for.

We are always on the look out for keen, fit and motivated team members for events throughout the year to work with our ground crew. These guys specialise in Marquee rigging and can travel throughout the Wairarapa and further to install our masterpieces.
These roles can be fixed-term covering our busy summer/event season or casual employment.
This can suit someone that may have their own small business, have flexability or seasonal workers that are keen to experince the Wairarapa for a few weeks or months.
