Festival Hire are looking for a reliable worker to join the team as a Ground Crew Labourer. This role will be a casual position, commencing mid October. WITH A FOCUS ON OUR MARQUEE FLEET WITH INSTALLING & DISMANTEL, offering a variety of experiences working locations and variety of hours. The position will suit someone that is physically fit, reliable and that can work under their own initiative to get a job done.

Showroom Assistant

Permanent Part Time Role

Festival Hire has an opportunity for a friendly, creative person with first class customer service to join our team. This is a great entry level role with training provided in a fun and dynamic environment to work in. We are looking for an enthusiastic worker, someone that is methodical, confident, trustworthy and that can work under their own initiative to get a job done.

Saturday 8.30am -1pm (Additional hours during school holidays are available.)

Equipment Assistant

Permanent Part Time Role - 15hrs+

Festival Hire has an opportunity for a friendly, creative person with first class customer service to join our team. We are looking for a multitasker extraordinaire who can handle a fast-paced environment, someone that is methodical, confident, trustworthy and that can work under their own initiative to get a job done.

This position is a part time role as the Equipment Assistant. Coordinating the catering/cleaning area you will be assisting with all processes, including cleaning of our hire stock, while supporting the showroom team when needed. This will mean you could be polishing glasses one minute and creating vibrant balloon designs or assisting a client with their hire the next. The successful applicant will be playing a vital key team role in a fast paced, action-packed and fun industry.

We are always on the look out for keen, fit and motivated team members for events throughout the year to work with our ground crew. These guys specialise in Marquee rigging and can travel throughout the Wairarapa and further to install our masterpieces.

These roles can be fixed-term covering our busy summer/event season or casual employment.

This can suit someone that may have their own small business, have flexability or seasonal workers that are keen to experince the Wairarapa for a few weeks or months.
